Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout stage.

We offer free UK shipping for all orders of £75 or over and free EU shipping for all orders of of £125 or over - the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. We are happy to combine orders made via our Web shop and our Discogs shop - please get in touch once you've placed your orders and we will recalculate and apply any shipping discounts where applicable.

You'll notice some products on our site state *****SHIPS IN 3-5 DAYS.  In the instance of your order containing any of these items we will ship your whole order with these titles so please be prepared to wait a little longer for your order to be processed and shipped / ready to collect.  

You can also collect your order from our shop for free, just select the in-store pick-up option at checkout. We encourage this option as we pride ourselves on being a real world high street records shop. It's always good to meet our customers face to face and you'll also discover much more music by paying us a visit when you can!

Returns

Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem via email within 2 working days of delivery of the products and that, in the case of physical products, you return the products in the same condition that you received them.

You can return products for a refund within 10 days of delivery if not suitable. Please note that we cannot accept returns on products where the seal or packaging has been broken and that you will be responsible for the return postage.
