Do you offer Tax Free shopping for Non-EU Customers?

If you are outside the EU, we will refund the 20% UK sales tax from the cost of your order before sending (see notes on tax deduction below).

However, your local customs may add import duty/local sales tax to your order when delivering. Most countries outside the EU will allow small packages (eg. less than £30) to be delivered without additional charges, but some countries will tax your order (usually at a rate equivalent to your local sales tax) when you receive your parcel.

If you are concerned about this, then you should contact your customs office for more information, as you will be liable for any such charges.

Notes on tax deduction for non-EU customers:

  1. The tax deduction will be made before your order if fulfilled and shipped and there is no need to apply for any rebate after the order is placed. At this point you will receive an automatic refund on the Uk sales tax via Paypal.

  2. Discount applies only to goods purchased (records, clothing, merchandise etc.)

  3. Tax-free orders must be delivered to an address outside the EU. Orders from non-EU residents to be delivered within the EU do not qualify.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All products listed are in stock unless stated and our web site is updated in real time to ensure that stock levels are as accurate as possible. Very occasionally, an item may be subject to a stock level error - if this occurs, we will e-mail you to notify you of the unavailable item, and you will not be charged for it.

Can I order by telephone?

All music orders must be placed via the secure shopping cart. If you are having problems checking out, please contact us here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal alongside all major credit cards for all orders place through the secure shopping cart. You can pay using either the email address linked to your Paypal account or your preferred credit/debit card via Paypal . We do not currently accept cheques, money orders, American Express or Diners Club cards.

How do I know you have received my order?

You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation of each order, stating the items ordered and the total cost, followed by a second mail once the order has been processed and/or shipped.

How long do you take to despatch an order?

Most orders received by 1pm are despatched on the same day. Orders received after this time are despatched within 24 hours.

Is ordering from Kristina Records's web site secure?

Yes - the shopping cart area of the site is encrypted to ensure the security of all orders. You can view Kristina Records's security certificate by clicking on the padlock icon in your web browser, while in the shopping cart.

Can you guarantee delivery on or by a particular date?

Unfortunately not - we make all efforts to despatch orders as quickly as possible, but exact delivery dates are beyond our control.

Do you sell second-hand products?

Yes - please visit our Discogs page HERE where you will find our entire range of 2nd hand records.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes! Please come and visit us at our physical record store and cafe where you can find everything listed on the website alongside a large selection of 2nd hand records. Find us HERE.

Is it possible to collect my order from your offices, instead of having it mailed?

Yes - please simply select the ‘Collect in-store ONLY’ option at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an ‘Order Fulfilled’ email.

I am ordering from outside the EU - will VAT be deducted from my order?

Yes - VAT is automatically re-calculated based on your location.

What if I receive a faulty product?

We will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us via our contact page. We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.

What if I do not like the products I have ordered? Can I return them?

You can return products for a refund within 10 days of delivery if not suitable. Please note that we cannot accept returns on products where the seal or packaging has been broken and you will be responsible for the return postage.
